 Description
**Machine for the production of stirrups, shapes and cut to length bars MINI** **SYNTAX 16 H.S.** fully automatic, electronically controlled machine to shape, from coiled stock wire, concrete reinforcing elements. Wire range from 8 to 16 mm, cold drawn or hot rolled material having a maximum tensile strength of 700 N / sq. mm. Possibility of double stranding with diameters up to 12mm. The very important particularity of this machine is the capability of producing any kind of stirrup, straight bar and large shape bent both sides up to a maximum length of 12 m. Consequently the whole production requirements, within the limits of the above specified wire diameters, are completely covered. Machine delivered ready for use, in full operating condition, outfitted with all its standard accessories and spare parts. **MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES** **HYDRAULIC WINCH** with a bush fixed at the end of the wire in order to pull it from the pay-off station to the machine’s pre-feeding unit of the machine. **FEEDING AND STRAIGHTENING UNIT MEP "AFS"** ( patented ) with a special roller configuration, which prevents the bar from rotating on its axis while advancing. This unit provides for the processing of hot rolled bars with decisively superior straightening results with respect to that which can be obtained using traditional horizontal and vertical straightening units. The rollers are mounted in fixed positions upon electrically and hydraulically driven and electronically-controlled mobile slides, in order to allow for them to be automatically positioned based on the diameter of the bar to be processed. This straightening system, which is featured on all MEP machinery, provides for significant advantages when preparing the machine for processing operations. In fact, preparation times are significantly reduced since the rollers do not have to be individually adjusted in order to achieve perfect straightening. **HYDRAULIC SHEAR** with fixed wire-guide blades for diameters from 8 to 16 mm. **BENDING UNIT** fitted with hydraulic device that allows the axial movement of the bending pin in order to place it in different positions in respect to the working plane of the machine. This adjustment is carried out directly from the control panel. The bending pins delivered as a standard equipment of the machine, allow the production of stirrups and shapes in conformity to the bending norms in force, for the whole range of diameters from 8 to 16 mm. **SECONDARY PULLING UNIT** (patented) which represents the characterizing element of the " MINI SYNTAX 16 H.S.". In fact this device allows to move backwards the wire, once cut to the programmed overall length, in order to achieve the bends on the second side of the shapes having very large dimensions. **HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT** ( delivered without oil ) which controls the functioning devices of the machine, the braking system of the pay-off stations and the different accessories. The unit is equipped with the following: ° variable flow hydraulic pump driven by a 37 Kw electric motor; ° a series of valves as well as state-of-the-art servo-distributors and standardized hydraulic components ( Vickers - Bosch - Rexroth - Danfoss ). ° built-in cooling system with oil/air heat exchangers and automatic temperature control by thermostat in order to ensure the best possible operating conditions. **CONTROL PANEL " WORLD SYSTEM "** made up of the newest version of an industrial PC which for the management and control of all necessary data for the programming and functioning of the machine. This system is characterized by the latest, state-of-the-art electronic industrial technology. Namely: a compact, embedded, fanless microprocessor (therefore consuming less power) and without moving parts (diskless). A complete system backup upon system shutdown ensures the safeguarding of files and the integrity of memory support- an indispensable feature in the occurrence of accidental interruptions of power. The operator-machine interface is not only controlled via traditional peripherals (keyboard or buttons) but also via a touchscreen and electrical encoder, allowing the central management of all machine functions. All the information displayed on the video screen are appear in user-friendly windows , easily accessible and ensuring the following functions: ° Access to the programming of any kind of stirrup or shape having up to a maximum of 28 side lengths and 27 bends. ° Access to the in built memory where the memorized shapes are stored, thus allowing the fast programming by simply setting the value of the side lengths. ° Creation of new shapes by using key board functions with immediate display of the sketch in scale. ° Automatic simulation of the bending cycle of the programmed shape to check the possibility to carry it out without problems. ° Display and storage into the memory of the positioning of the straightening units for each diameter and quality of wire ( nine different positions can be memorized for every diameter of wire). ° Access to the straightening correction function, without stopping the production process, through the electronic cross hair displayed on the control panel. ° Automatic control of the bending speed according to the dimensions of the programmed shape. ° Correction of the bending angles, through potentiometer, during the working cycle. ° Continuous variation of the bending and pulling speeds, through potentiometer, during the working cycle. ° Pay off stop adjustment through potentiometer at the end of each feeding cycle . ° Possible check of the correct functioning of all the operational devices of the machine. ° Access to the recapitulating production times stored into the memory that are automatically registered for every working position carried out. ° Possibility of programming and carrying out an automatic sequence of parts different the one from the other. ° Possibility of programming, with automatic calculation of the dimensions, of the pieces composing one beam with upper side regular inclination to produce them in an automatic sequence. ° Adjusting of the pause time between the execution of one piece and the next one in order to facilitate the evacuation of the finished material.
