Tecnomatic pile cage machine from 2017, never installed and used.
The machine is adjustable in width depending on the diameter cage by hydraulic cylinders. At the end of cage production the cage is transfered by hydraulic cylinders controlled by buttons on the general control panel.
Construction of the cage, happens on chains fitted with pegs that position bars, which are welded (manually) rings, then subsequent bars are recalled by foot control. At completed wrapping and welding, the cage is moved by hydraulic cylinders on the bench.
