  • TECNICAL DESCRIPTION

    - with quality of 500 N/mm2 with and without ribs Reduction of the raw material smooth wire with 350-370 N/mm2to a finish coil with the spec of 500 N/mm2
    - it is possible to reduce the wire by max 25 % -normally we recommend 20 % reduction as it require of course more power to go to max.
    - Maximum speed: Input 10,0 mm: 5 - 6 m/sec (1st pass), Input 8,0 mm: 9 - 10m/sec (2nd pass)

    1. VERTICAL UNWINDING UNIT FOR WIRE COIL
    Structure: The structure is made of welded steel, will be reinforced to hold wild coils up to 2400 kg
    Diameter of the pole is 750 mm and height 2600 mm
    Wire direction: From left to right.
    It consistof carrier (2 units) and strutted pole (1 unit)

    2. MECHANICAL DESCALING
    It is used for wire cleaning.
    Structure: The structure is made of high quality steel

    3. SPRAYING WIRE UNIT (MIXER)
    It has box for storage of powder for calibration. Storage has rotary hand for fixing the powder.It is necessary to provide special powder for lubrication.Sprayer wire serves to reduce friction.

    4. COLD DRAWING PLANT
    Suitable to draw: LOW CARBON STEEL WIRE
    Wire direction: Left to right
    Drawing range: Inlet diameter 10mm
    Speed: 5 - 10 m/sec.
    Number of blocks: 1 block

    The blocks are made of high quality steel cast iron. First block is designed with auto accumulation control. Auto accumulation control is set on block by inductive sensors. System maintains a level of accumulation which has set by operator. In the case of any deviation system will slow downor speed up and return wire to set accumulation. In the case of minimum deviation system will stop machine.
