Technical Details
Method of operation: Bars to be cut are stored on a multiple-storage rack, from where they are placed into a counting pocket. The infeed conveyor takes over the bars and transports them through the shear to a position in front of a measuring conveyor stop. The Simplex RS cutting machine already positions the bars to the exact cutting length measurement during transportation. All the cut bars are then automatically conveyed and ejected into the programmed storage box or processing station.
