The GMT LG 300/400 lattice girder welding machine, is a reliable machine, which issues only the best of quality. The lattice girders can be used in everything from beams and precast oor elements to double walls and solid walls. In addition to all of this, the lattice girders can be used as spacers between the upper and lower reinforcement mesh deck.
Overall, the lattice girders ensure the reinforcement in precast slabs and the required sti ness, that safeguards the slabs loadbearing capabilities.
MOTORIZED PAYOFF SYSTEM
THE MOTORIZED PAYOFF SYSTEM GUARANTEES A FULL SYNCHRONIZATION BETWEEN THE LG 300 AND THE PAYOFFS. THE CONTINUOUSLY AND SMOOTHLY FEED WIRE, INSURES THAT THE MACHINE IS ALWAYS PROVIDED WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF WIRE NEEDED TO PRODUCE A UNIFORM HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCT.
The diagonal wire bending unit insures, that the welding nodes are done with extreme precision every time. The bended diagonal wire is “delivered” to the welding heads the same way, each time, and this clears the way for synchronized superior welding precision.
The GMT LG 300, can manufacture lattice girders up to heights of 300 mm. With our smart exible height adjust system, you can easily change the heights in a matter of minutes (5 – 15 minutes).
This system will give your production a chance to handle many di erent orders the same day, without any signi cant delays. It is now possible to meet the marked demands in a matter of minutes rather than hours.
